Please join us on Saturday May 7, 2022 for the 11th Annual ADP Helmet Heroes Races and RunFEST to benefit the Hickok Center for Brain Injury. The races will take place at Mendon Ponds Park just south of Pittsford, New York and is held in memory of Andrew Parmeter, a 2007 graduate of Wayne Central High School. In January of 2011, he was a passenger in a car that hit a patch of snow and skidded off the road into a tree. After approximately 3 weeks in the Brain Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, Andrew succumbed to his injuries.
Andrew was an active young man who loved fishing, snowboarding, skateboarding, and being with his young nephews and friends. He had been working to reach his goal of joining the Navy and entering Special Forces training. Had he survived, he would have required a lifetime of support, like that provided by the Hickok Center to residents of Monroe and Wayne Counties.

***LIVE MUSIC*** will be performed by the Neil Van Dorn Band throughout the afternoon and as you cross the finish line!
FREE Sno Cones for the kids, snacks, Chili, Pizza, Bagels and Coffee while it lasts! Participate in other activities for a nominal donation such as The Pinata Game and our Basket Raffles!

REGISTRATION
Online registration will remain open right up until race day. Race day registration and packet pickup will take place at Stewart Lodge.
Pricing starts at only $25 through April 4, 2022 and then increases to $30 through April 30th and then $35 from May 1st through race day. All runners who register by May 1st are guaranteed to receive an official race shirt. Extra shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Teams of 3 or more will receive a $5/person discount on their registration. Use code FITNESS when registering.

Can't make the race... Participate virtually! Simply sign up for the Virtual Race option and you get to choose the location and time to get out on your own and run/walk between 5/7/22 and 5/31/22. Feel free to use the FREE IYR Virtual App to track and score your run. You will also be able to manually enter your finish time directly to the IYR Results Page starting on 5/7/22 and ending on 5/31/22. We will automatically mail out your ADP Helmet Heroes t-shirt (Continental USA only for shipping).

Free parking at Canfield Shelter and overflow parking in the lot at the corner of Canfield Rd and Hopkins Rd (free shuttle will be provided)
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers in both the 5K and 10K races. Medals will be presented to the top three 5K & 10K runners in each of the age groups shown below:
10 and under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and older.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Professional timing and finish line services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
